The Dwarfs have been waging war for over 4,000 years. Theirs is a sorrowful tale of a once great empire which has slowly been worn down by the constant struggle against Goblins, Skaven and other foul races. Over the course of many centuries they have fought with a grim determination to defend their realm. It is a bitter struggle against a foe whose numbers never seem to dwindle, and many of their magnificent Holds have fallen into the hands of their enemies. Still they fight on, for such is the courage and resolve of these brave warriors that one day they truly believe that their empire will be great again.
