As such, and unlike other Vampires, he has no magical abilities, beyond the power to control his Undead hordes. He does not generate Power Dice. However, Luthor's unusual condition means that he emanates a peculiar anti-magic field. As a result, he has Magic Resistance (3) and generates four Dispel Dice.
